Soundproofed booths
A long tradition sees our company engaged in the production of soundproofed booths for generating sets.
Someca specializes in the production of soundproofed cabins (in carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum), to contain this category of products. In collaboration with the customer, the needs are analyzed and the cabins are designed, that can often be completely disassembled so that transport, handling, installation and all related activities are facilitated.
The cabins can be painted, completed with mufflers or with structures to support filters and other components on the roof.
It is also possible to install a ventilation system, consisting of extraction fans installed where required by the customer.
Bases
In addition to the cabins, the bases on which the cabins and the entire generator set rest are also built. These bases are made with all the holes necessary to ensure that the various filters can be hooked and the passage of cables is allowed. Not only that, in agreement with the customer the positioning holes for the anti-vibration mounts are also made.
As for the passage of electrical cables or water pipes or other, we install specific sleeves to ensure tightness and the absence of leaks or infiltrations.
If requested by customer, specific sealing tests of the bases can also be carried out, in particular against vibrations.
