Tubular frames
Someca deals with the production of fine craftsmanship frames which, depending on the needs, can be made of iron as well as aluminum and stainless steel. Trolleys, cylinder holders, insulating walls, covers, are some examples of built forms.
Everything starts from the design to respect the overall dimensions and dimensions outlined with the customer, avoiding collisions or construction problems. Once the production phase has been outlined, the order is initiated and checked in every single phase. The activity can be concluded with the transport and assembly at the Customer’s premises.
Our workshop collaborates with external suppliers of surface treatments specially selected to guarantee the customer a “turnkey” finished product, providing the important advantage of dealing with a single interlocutor. We offer painting, an aesthetic finish that covers the surface of the metal in the desired color, thus also improving the resistance to deterioration; but also chemical finishes such as galvanizing for common iron.
The customers, for which tubular frames are built, come from various industrial sectors, such as electro mechanics, robotics, packaging, converting and many other sectors.
