Filters and separators for the oil sector
For years, Someca has been manufacturing filters and separators for its customers, especially in the oil sector.
Depending on the customer’s requests and the sector of destination, customizable products can be created.
Over the years, Someca has been involved in the creation of products with small and manageable dimensions, within a regular 120x80cm pallet, and products that have required their handling by crane. Someca has various tools capable of calendering sheet metal of various sizes. Normally, considering their functionality, these items are made of stainless steel, but, depending on the customer’s needs, other types of materials such as carbon steel or aluminum can also be used.
Again, also in this case, the customer is assisted from the design phase to the final realization and from the choice of material to the transportation.
The complexity of the job requires a quality control at each stage, so as to advance smoothly, providing the customer with a compliant product.
The activity can also be completed with painting and galvanic treatments at qualified partner companies.
