Assembly

After the design and production phase, Someca can also handle the assembly and installation of the finished items. Many companies require the finished product to be delivered already assembled, and Someca has equipped itself and grown to the point that these services have become an integral part of its business. Depending on the requirements, we may be asked to assemble a completed product, or handle the partial assembly of components that are then completed by the customer or by the end-user. Someca has also been managing this side of its business for years and has gained more than thirty years of experience. These operations can also be carried out at the customer’s premises rather than in a dedicated area in our warehouse. These operations can be carried out with crude parts in carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminium and on painted or chemically treated parts. Of course, all this can be done without weakening the finished product.
