Someca has always been also responsible for the realization of details to design.

Whether they are in small series or medium/ large lots we have all the tools to achieve the detail required.

The details made over the years have various shapes and sizes and are made internally thanks to the variety of tools at our disposal.

The final control is fundamental in these cases because the tolerances to design are often very restrictive and binding for the correct functioning of the particular realized. Thanks to the tools in our possession we are able to provide a declaration of conformity of the details made.

The activity, developed in our workshop, can also be completed with painting and galvanic treatments at qualified partner companies.

Thanks to the experience gained, one of Someca’s key points in the realization of these components is the co-design with the Customer’s technical office, to ensure that the most performing construction solutions will be found.
