Solutions for special containers
For years, Someca has been dealing with the creation of customized containers on specific request. Thanks to the skills gained over the years, we are able to assist the customer from the design phase to the final realization and transport of the product. In accordance with the standard configurations, containers with different materials can be built. Carbon steel, stainless steel, with corrugated sheet walls, insulating panels or simply smooth and subsequently insulated sheet metal.
Beams, drawn, tubular and sheets can be completely welded together and, if necessary, certified.
For handling, corner blocks are usually installed at the vertices, coupled to the structure by welding. If necessary, tubes can also be made for the passage of the forks. Their installation is also subjected to checks by qualified and certified personnel.
Normally, the flat walkable surface is made with non-slip, welded or riveted checkered or embossed sheet metal. In addition to these bases, containers with ventilation, insulation and thermal insulation ducts can also be equipped.
As soundproofing specialists, it is possible to soundproof products in a personalized way. The activity, developed in our workshop, is usually concluded with cycles of chemical pickling, sandblasting and painting, in turn subjected to controls relating to thickness and brightness as well as capacity.
